Sindicato - Visita Surpresa

Camaradas,

Já conseguíram levar-nos ao ponto de aderir a um Sindicato para que dêem cobro às injustiças que foram feitas com a maldita passagem da gestão do CC para a Edinfor.
Deixem-nos pensar que foi uma ideia espontânea do Sinttav porque assim talvez se convençam que vamos ficar por aqui e voltem a ter surpresas.

Em nada nos surpreendeu, muito menos aos coordenadores do Sinttav, o histerismo da Cruela quando os recebeu. Poucos saberão as motivações, mas, de certeza que não foi por ver pessoas estranhas na sala de convívio... (já lá vimos muita gente estranha e nunca a reacção da Tia foi tão descontrolada). O sentimento que leva uma pessoa com formação a agir de forma tão agressiva é o medo. A má gestão dos RH na ucall poderá ser esquecida se não for chafurdada ou poderá ser lembrada.

É estranho que uma empresa possa contratar cerca de 96% dos seus colaboradores através de ETTs e fazê-lo durante uns 5 anos consecutivos. As normas que regulam a contratação temporária definem que uma ETT não pode manter o mesmo colaborador por mais de um ano no mesmo posto de trabalho nas mesmas funções (se não para que é que o chamavam de trabalho temporário). Ainda mais estranho é ver que as ETTs colaboram com esta farsa, ou talvez não, porque sabemos que ganham rios de dinheiro com isto.

As falcatruas continuam e agora temos a Edinfor, em nome de novas ETTs a fazer novos contratos para empregar as mesmas pessoas para desempenhar as mesmas funções ...soa estranho.
Tão estranho que o Sindicato, o IDICT e o Tribunal de Trabalho já esfregam as mãos de contentes.
Qualquer empresa saberá que não se pode despedir e recontratar trabalhadores para desempenhar as mesmas funções. Para as permutas de contratos de prestação de serviços foram inventados os contratos colectivos de trabalho que obrigam a nova empresa a manter as mesmas regalias que os trabalhadores tinham.

Pressupõe manter exactamente as mesmas condições salariais e laborais.
Começaram logo por nos cortar o salário, riscando do recibo os subsídios de férias e Natal da remuneração variável... parece que a ucall mandava pagar por engano ou a ETT se enganava ou alguém estava muito enganado ou estão a tentar enganar-nos, qualquer coisa deste género.
Outras alterações não menos graves foram feitas nos esquemas de folgas. Deixamos de poder organizar a vida pessoal a longo prazo porque as folgas são alteradas com muito pouca antecedência. Coisa que já era feita e que está ainda pior. No entanto vimos a saber que as empresas estava obrigadas a colocar no contrato o esquema de folgas em vigor, se fixas ou rotativas e neste caso qual o esquema da rotação.

As férias sempre foram aprovadas perto das datas, agora até o que estava mal conseguíram piorar. Passamos a ter as férias aprovadas ou desaprovadas na vespera... dos dia ou dias de férias.
Sobre esta matéria é importante referir que numa empresa que não fecha num período para férias os trabalhadores podem tirar férias quando querem. Esta macacada de aprovar férias não existe, as férias só têm que ser marcadas. Além disso as ETTs são obrigadas a afixar em local visível e de acesso a todos e no local de trabalho dos funcionários o mapa de férias para o ano todo, até ao final do mês de Março ...para o ano todo.
Quanto aos horários e folgas, também estes têm que estar afixados em local visível... o que ainda não foi feito. Os horários de trabalho não podem ser alterados sem a concordância do trabalhador e em caso de não haver consenso é a vontade do trabalhador que prevalece.

Não receiem contestar aquilo que são os vossos direitos pois a maioria de vós já tem vinculo com a empresa e nem sequer vos podem despedir sem justa causa. Os contratos assinados não estão dentro da lei e por esse motivo não têm qualquer valor.
